I purchased our 2016 Lincoln MKX from Greg Hubler Ford in Muncie. I have had all of our service doe there as well as oil changes and tire replacement. I cannot say enough good things about Christopher Wilkinson and Jordan Hines. They respect me when I explain the cars issues and get down to business getting the issues fixed. I purchased the Lincoln from Chet Smith, and he was great to work with. When it comes time to buy a new car, he'll be the one I talk to. I will make a list of features I want, instead of just saying I want the same extras that my trade in has. My trade in had so many more features than the new one I bought. I really miss some of them. I love the Hybrid Escape, it is a great car and will probably always have that kind of car.
