I have used GREG Hubler Ford for years and the service from Quick Lane has really gone down hill. Twice now I have asked them to change the oil and rotate tires on 2 vehicles and twice they told me it was done and come to find out they never rotated tires. The first excuse was the lift was down, but never told the customer, just let me pay for the work and said it was done. The second time 6 months later, different car, they told me the service was done, and I found the rotation never happened as the front right tire had a mark my daughter put on it and it was still there after the rotation didn't happen. They then proceeded to tell me that oh the tire tread was such that they decided not to rotate them, yet told me it was done and didn't have any conversation with me, didn't reset oil life, didn't check tire pressure etc. MGMT wouldn't return my call to discuss the poor service I continue to receive. The report I got was more interested in finding something wrong than even completed the two things they were supposed to do which was change the oil and rotate tires. I went back to have them correct the tires but again they never reset the tire pressure to spec and left oil life at 16%. I was in for my work vehicle to have the oil changed and tires rotated, they came back to tell me my rear brakes were bad and rotors needed replaced. I said go ahead and complete the work. They then came back and said we're sorry the rear axel needs pulled now to do the work, this will have to be done in the main shop, for $1100 plus rotors and shoes. I felt this was a bit high, so asked to come back at a later date. I stopped by ED Martin Ford who gave me an exact quote for $700 which I gave them the work. When the work was completed the repair came back in the $680 Range. I want a dealer that cares, honest with me, and completes the work as expected. What has happened to their service is unacceptable and I don't feel I have trust with these people any further. I again called in and requested to speak to a manager over service, I could tell the gentleman on the phone was blowing me off, and that would be correct no one returned my phone call to discuss. Not sure what you do with such a Large named dealer when this is the service that continues to be delivered. I wonder how many people are getting deceived that don't have any repair work experience or understanding, but trust what the service adviser is telling them. Very sad, and no I wanted nothing out of this, just to advise them of my experiences with them, and hope to make a change, but they must not really care from what I've seen.
Jamell Graves and Bryan Gibson transformed my car-buying experience! They took the time to explain the products and services they believed would be best for me. Most importantly, I never felt pressured or regretted my purchase. After 25 years of buying cars, this was the first time I felt genuinely supported, with the options and financing presented without any pressure.
I purchased our 2016 Lincoln MKX from Greg Hubler Ford in Muncie. I have had all of our service doe there as well as oil changes and tire replacement. I cannot say enough good things about Christopher Wilkinson and Jordan Hines. They respect me when I explain the cars issues and get down to business getting the issues fixed. I purchased the Lincoln from Chet Smith, and he was great to work with. When it comes time to buy a new car, he'll be the one I talk to. I am happy with all the staff at Greg Hubler and will continue to use and refer them to anyone I know.
I’m reviewing the service department at greg hubler ford. I brought my truck in for diagnostics in August. They diagnosed my issue, which was a faulty spark plug. They also recommended replacing the shocks and struts on my truck. I purchased a warranty when I purchased the truck and they made the call to the warranty company and got the service approved. Chris said he would call me when the parts came in and we could set up an appointment. I hadn’t heard anything by mid October (over two months later) so I called and a note was left for him to call me back. This happened twice with no call back either time. Finally I called a third time and was able to talk with him and set an appointment for the shocks and struts for a week later. I took the truck in at 730am and was under the impression the work was being performed. I called them at 545pm (15 minutes before they closed) and asked what the status of my truck was. Chris told me he was sorry, but the parts did not get delivered like they were supposed to. Not only did I not get the parts installed, I was also out a vehicle until the following day and I had to arrange a way to get to work by 6am. A little communication goes a long way. The complete lack of follow-up and communication is unacceptable. I don’t know how a business can thrive when business is conducted the way greg hubler practices.
There are two types of businesses that promote the use of catchy slogans such as "Promises Kept" and post their "Core Values". The first type of businesses uses slogans/core values as the backbone of establishing a true "Client Centric" atmosphere, and who wish to act in the best interest of their customers. This is established from the top down (Owner > GM > Managers > Associates) and appropriate procedures and controls are implemented to ensure the user experience is prioritized. This does not actually mean the customer is always right, it just means the business will not always be ruthless and act in their best interest at the expense of their clients. It means they have the conviction to operate in good faith and prioritize the user experience while chasing profitability. The second type of businesses uses these as gimmicks to trick customers into believing the business will act in good faith, but in reality they lack the conviction to do so. Being ruthless in business isn't necessarily a bad thing, just be honest and own it. Don't hide behind gimmicky slogans and fake value statements. Unfortunately it is my experience the Greg Hubler Ford is the later. They did not act in good faith with me, when presented with a quick win that benefited them, they took it without hesitation, and to my detriment. They seem to lack true conviction in the values they expose and will be ruthless to their benefit. My issue was with the sales team, as I was attempting to purchase a truck over the phone (I'm out of state). They ended up selling the truck to an individual who offered cash, which is obviously a win for them. It's just this transaction happened 4.5 hours after I submitted my application. A deposit was never requested and my multiple attempts to follow up and get a status during the day were ignored. It wasn't until the end of the day and I called the dealership number and not my salesman number, did I learn of the turn of events. I'm not really mad about losing the truck, there will be others. I'm just extremely disappointed that they did not act in good faith, knowing they had my application and my desire to purchase the truck. Now I have three inquiries on my credit file (for no good reason) and still need to find a truck. They did not violate any laws and they are free to sell the truck to whomever they want, but in my opinion their actions are not in line with their stated core values. From a user experience, this was poor service. I have purchased multiple cars from out of state dealers (not sure why I can't find value in my area) and I have never had an experience like this. Was it the anonymity of a phone sale that made it easy to act in an unethical manner? I doubt very seriously that if I was present in the showroom they would have conducted themselves this way. Promoting a true user experience as they claim in their slogan and core values would be agnostic to my physical location. Even after they acted in their own self interest, how hard would it have been to call me and at least let me know? My sales person still has never contacted me since he requested the application. If you choose to do business with them, please be aware and protect yourself. Operate only in your best interest, as they are doing the same for themselves
Tyree is an excellent, low-pressure, yet engaged salesman. Rob is an outstanding GM. Both were honest & straightforward. No xx. Rob even drove to my house to pickup the extra key fob (saving me a 2 hour round-trip). Highly recommend these two!
Eric Banks at Greg Hubler Great salesman great experience. Very professional and friendly. Would recommend for any vehicle purchases.
Eric Banks was great. He was very helpful without the added pressure. He answered all my questions with out rushing me. Highly recommend talking to him.
Eric Banks and the staff at Greg Hubler have made this car purchase the most comfortable experience I have ever had in a dealership. Hands down the easiest place to feel confident in your car buying experience. 10/10!
Very fresh inside and the sales persons were straight forward and patient. Made sure to give all info needed and didn’t make me feel like i had to buy a car.
I found the truck I wanted and dreamt of driving for a long while. I drove over from Ohio to the dealership and I appreciated the upfront phone call to layout the land before making the trip. The team at the dealership were friendly and organized. The finance team had some computer issues that put me behind on schedule but once resolved we got through the paperwork quickly. The gents who helped me out were Rob, Eric and Eric. Thanks you helped my dream come true.
I purchased a Mustang from this dealership, beginning to end it was an easy process, everything was explained and I even got to test drive a few vehicles. Highly recommend this dealership and Eric Banks!!!
William was Awesome!!! His personality and attitude towards customer service is astonishing. I definitely would recommend going to Greg Hubler to work with William Kincaid..

He listens to and answered all my questions.Eric made me feel comfortable and never once rushed me. I truly cannot say enough about this man. Thank you Eric I love my beautiful Fusion
I had a fantastic experience at GHF. I work with Kosh and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He addressed all my concerns. After being burned at another dealership, I had so many questions and we was kind and patient and answered them all professionally. I am so happy with my new car!
Great team and our salesman Kosh was awesome to deal with. 10 out of 10..
William is definitely “for the people!” He worked with us and made sure our needs/wants for a family vehicle were met! Definitely recommended! Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and we definitely felt heard as customers. Great experience here.
Greatest person to deal with PERIOD. Honest, to the point, amazing experience! Get to Eric Banks, he will get you the best deal possible!
I appreciate how they tried to figure out a way to get me what I wanted. So grateful that I walked out with a Suv I needed for my growing family.
It was the car I really wanted. The sales representative Eric Banks was very professional.
Our salesman, Bryan, was very patient with us as we went back and forth on which to purchase.
They are very attentive and do not push the high pressure sales which I hate.
Excellent service! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I found them very easy to work with and very accommodating when my husband and I needed a few minutes to talk about what we were going to buy.
This was a great process I enjoyed the staff and the Starbucks but mostly the process was smooth
Everyone was very friendly and tried to be helpful. I hope to work with this dealership in the future but I will be more detailed on my list of wants 😊. I will make a list of features I want, instead of just saying I want the same extras that my trade in has. My trade in had so many more features than the new one I bought. I really miss some of them. I love the Hybrid Escape, it is a great car and will probably always have that kind of car.
